Consultation

A FREE consultation process will take place where a custom website may be required, to identify the time frame and scope of your website and these details will be recorded. The most convenient communication channel will be used to best suit your needs, via email, telephone or subject to distance, by face-to-face meeting.

Analysis

In order to understand the aims and objectives of your website, we will request a detailed brief via the most convenient communication channel to best suit your needs, via email, telephone or subject to distance, by face-to-face meeting.

Details of the core needs of your business will be taken. These may include target markets, target audience, unique selling points etc. We will study the websites of the competitors to your business in order that we can recommend a targeted design and determine the appropriate web development technologies for your new website. This will include your initial input and suggestions.

Website proposal

Based on your business needs, your initial input and the study of your competitors' websites, we create a web design proposal detailing what we will do, how we will proceed and the total cost of the project.

This proposal will be sent to you for your approval and once we have recieved acceptance of our proposal, an invoice of 50% deposit will be created and sent to you. We will start work upon reciept of your deposit.

Website planning and application

By our preffered means, you will be asked to provide us with the content for your website. This includes any text, existing logo or branding and any owned images you would like us to incorporate into your website.

We will start development of your website once the content has been recieved. We will communicate with you in the most convienient way and update you with the development progress of the website.

We will consult with you to ensure you are happy with the results. If any changes are required it is at this stage they will be implemented.

Website testing

When the website has been finished, together with you, it will be tested and checked for errors.

Website launching

After the testing and when you are happy with your website, we will send you the final invoice. Upon reciept of this payment, your website can 'go live' and will be uploaded to your domain name and the web server ready to do business.
